Do I need special forklifts to use VNA racking?
Yes — VNA layouts require guided turret or reach trucks designed for 1.6m aisles. We supply and size this equipment as part of the layout package, so you're never left with a design your fleet can't operate.
How long does a warehouse layout redesign take?
A typical project runs 8–14 weeks from site survey to commissioning, depending on racking lead times and whether operations need to continue during the transition.
Can this work in an existing building, or only new construction?
Most of our projects are retrofits. As long as your existing clear height and floor slab can support taller racking, we can redesign around your current structure.
Is AGV automation only for large enterprise operations?
No. We size AGV/AMR deployments to throughput, not company size — some of our automated cells run in facilities under 3,000m².
