Description
Managing a mixed fleet shouldn’t mean managing a warehouse full of different chargers.
The MX-2436L is engineered for light-duty industrial operations where 24V and 36V lithium battery systems run side by side — electric rider forklifts, walkie pallet jacks, order pickers, reach trucks, and AGVs all sharing the same charging infrastructure.
On connection, the charger reads the battery voltage and BMS data automatically, selects the correct charging profile, and begins. No manual switching. No wrong-voltage risk. No staff training required.
Product Features
1. Automatic Dual-Voltage Detection Connect the cable and walk away. The charger identifies whether the battery is 24V or 36V within seconds of connection, then locks onto the correct charging profile automatically. Eliminates operator error entirely — critical in high-turnover warehouse environments where staff may charge multiple vehicle types per shift.
2. Native CAN / RS485 BMS Communication Talks directly to the battery’s BMS, not just the terminals. Real-time cell voltage monitoring, state-of-charge reporting, temperature data, and fault signaling flow between charger and battery throughout the entire charge cycle. If the BMS raises an alert, the charger responds immediately — reducing the risk of thermal events and premature cell degradation.
3. LiFePO4-Optimized Charging Algorithm The 3-stage CC/CV/Float algorithm is tuned specifically for lithium iron phosphate chemistry. No equalization stage, no desulfation pulse — nothing that would stress lithium cells. Consistent charging from cycle one to cycle 3,000+, preserving capacity and keeping your battery performing like new far longer than with a repurposed lead-acid charger.
4. Wide Battery Capacity Range Handles battery packs from 50Ah all the way to 400Ah, covering everything from compact pallet jack batteries to larger reach truck packs. Output current is selectable (30A or 50A models available) to match fleet charging windows and battery sizes precisely.
5. Compact, Mount-Anywhere Design Smaller footprint than traditional SCR chargers, with integrated mounting brackets for wall-mount, shelf-mount, or on-board vehicle installation. Ideal for facilities with limited charging bay space, or for OEM integration directly onto the vehicle frame.
6. Clear Status Display LED indicator panel and optional LCD screen show charging state, output voltage, current, SOC percentage, and any active fault codes. Simple enough for warehouse staff to understand at a glance, detailed enough for maintenance teams to diagnose issues without additional tools.

Compatible Vehicle Types
This charger is designed for the light-duty electric vehicles that keep warehouse floors moving:
Electric Order Pickers Low-level and mid-level order pickers from Crown, Raymond, Toyota, and Jungheinrich. Typically 24V or 36V, 150Ah–300Ah — a perfect fit for the MX-2436L-50.
Walkie & Rider Pallet Jacks The most common vehicle in any warehouse. Frequent short charges between picks are handled efficiently, and automatic voltage detection prevents errors when multiple units charge in the same bay.
Reach Trucks (Light Duty) Narrow-aisle reach trucks running 36V systems. Fully compatible and supports opportunity charging during operator breaks without harming the battery.
Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) CAN protocol integration allows the charger to communicate directly with AGV control systems, enabling automated charge-start/stop triggers without human intervention.
Electric Tugs & Tow Tractors Common in airport, automotive, and manufacturing environments. Typically 24V or 36V, often requiring on-board charger mounting — supported by the compact MX-2436L form factor.
Scissor Lifts & Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) Light electric scissor lifts running 24V or 36V packs. Often charged in mixed groups — auto-detection handles the variation effortlessly.
Brand Compatibility
Compatible with vehicles and battery systems from: Toyota / BT, Crown, Raymond, Jungheinrich, Still, Yale, Hyster, Linde, Mitsubishi Logisnext, Nichiyu, EP Equipment, Hangcha, Heli, and most custom AGV battery packs.

FAQ
Q: How does the automatic voltage detection work? Is it safe? When the cable is connected, the charger reads the open-circuit voltage of the battery pack and simultaneously queries the BMS for system voltage data. Detection takes less than 3 seconds. The charger will not begin charging until the correct voltage is confirmed — if an unrecognized voltage is detected, the unit enters a safe standby state and displays a fault code rather than proceeding.
Q: Can this charger handle both 24V and 36V batteries on the same day, alternating? Yes, that is exactly what it is designed for. Each time a new battery is connected, the charger runs the detection cycle fresh. There is no need to reset or reconfigure between connections.
Q: We currently use lead-acid batteries. Will this charger work if we convert to lithium? The MX-2436L is designed specifically for lithium chemistry (LiFePO4 and Li-NMC). It will not correctly charge lead-acid batteries — the algorithm, voltage thresholds, and BMS communication are all lithium-specific. If you are planning a lead-acid to lithium conversion, this charger is the right choice for your new lithium packs.
Q: Is the charger suitable for on-board installation directly on the vehicle? Yes. The compact dimensions (310 × 175 × 120 mm) and integrated mounting brackets make it suitable for on-board installation. It accepts AC 100–240V input, so vehicles simply need to connect to a standard wall outlet to charge. Please confirm your vehicle’s available mounting space and weight limits before ordering.
Q: What connector does it ship with? Can I specify a different one? The standard connector is SB175 Anderson. SB50, SB350, DIN 80A, Delphi GT, Sino, and custom connector options are available — simply specify your requirement in the inquiry form or when placing an order.
Q: What is the difference between the 30A and 50A models? Both models detect voltage and charge algorithmically the same way. The 30A model is suited to smaller battery packs (50Ah–150Ah) and slower charge windows, while the 50A model is suited to larger packs (150Ah–400Ah) or operations that require a full charge within 4–6 hours. If you are unsure which suits your fleet, share your battery capacity and shift schedule and we will recommend the right model.
Q: Do you offer IP65 protection on this model? The standard MX-2436L carries an IP54 rating, suitable for most indoor warehouse environments. An IP65-rated version is available on request for cold storage, outdoor, or wash-down environments — please specify when inquiring.
