The CBD15 is a 1,500 kg (3,300 lb) electric walkie pallet truck built to bridge the gap between manual hand jacks and a full forklift. Lithium-Ion Power With Opportunity Charging
The plug-in lithium battery supports opportunity charging, so you can top up during breaks instead of waiting for a full cycle. As a rough guide, a 30-minute break adds roughly 45–60 minutes of runtime. There is no battery watering and no acid, which removes the most common battery maintenance tasks. The rest of the truck, such as wheels, seals, and the controller, still needs normal inspection and servicing.
Compact Design and Maneuverability
The chassis length is similar to a manual pallet jack, and the truck turns within 1,330 mm. That makes it a good fit for container loading and unloading, mezzanine floors, and aisles where a larger truck won’t fit.
Safety and Ergonomic Control
Emergency reverse (“belly”) button: stops and reverses the truck if it contacts the operator
Creep (turtle) speed mode: allows precise movement with the handle in the vertical position in very tight spaces
Electromagnetic braking: holds the truck stationary on ramps and inclines within its rated gradeability. Use ramps only within the rated gradient and follow the operating instructions; the brake is a safeguard, not a substitute for correct ramp procedure.
Built for Durability
The integrated rocker arm is cast as a single piece of reinforced steel to resist bending under load. The brushless drive motor has no carbon brushes to wear, which helps reduce motor maintenance and total cost of ownership.

Can the CBD15 be used on delivery truck liftgates? Its low service weight (about 120 kg) helps, but liftgate capacity must cover the truck, the load, and the operator combined. Always check your liftgate’s rated capacity against the total weight before loading.
How long does a full charge take? A full charge takes about 2 to 2.5 hours, and typical intermittent duty at rated load gives roughly 3 to 4 hours of operation.
Is the battery easy to replace? The battery is a plug-in design that can be swapped in seconds. With a spare battery and a charger, that lets you run extended shifts without waiting for a charge.
Does it work on ramps? Within its rated gradeability: 5% loaded and 16% unloaded. Ramps beyond those figures are outside the rated use.
